What you'll do

• Provide care according to residents’ service plans
• assist with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement
• communicate changing needs to clinical leadership
• and apply appropriate care approaches for residents with dementia. An active CNA license, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a high school diploma or GED are required.
