The Maintenance Technician — 3rd Shift role is onsite in Conyers, GA, paying $28–$32 per hour. The position supports production equipment, site facilities, and assets at Pratt Retail Specialties’ production facilities. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep equipment operating effectively and production on schedule. The role also supports root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, safety, and established 5S and GMP practices.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building-maintenance issues
• support production equipment
• analyze equipment failures to identify root causes
• support projects and continuous improvement
• follow 5S, GMP, and safety requirements
• adjust equipment and work procedures to support production schedules
• and expand knowledge of maintenance practices and technologies.
