What you'll do

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests
• identify and report maintenance issues in public areas and guest rooms
• post caution signs and contact other departments for urgent repairs
• deliver guest requests and set up furniture items
• remove debris, trays, newspapers, soiled linens, and trash from hallways and transport them to service areas
• clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment
• follow safety, security, housekeeping, and guest-service procedures.
