Admission Nurse / Evening Supervisor (LPN or RN)

What you'll do

• Coordinate admissions, readmissions, and transfers
• complete admission assessments and documentation
• verify orders, medication lists, treatment plans, and services
• supervise nursing personnel during evening shifts
• monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition
• conduct rounds
• coordinate staffing
• investigate incidents
• complete clinical documentation and shift reports
• support infection prevention and regulatory readiness
• provide direct resident care as needed.
