What you'll do

• Oversee fulfillment team compliance, efficiency, and inventory flow
• lead product picking and pulling for orders
• manage inventory levels, space utilization, and organization
• implement process improvements
• help maintain product quality and storage requirements
• create and distribute inventory reports
• maintain inventory system records
• investigate minor discrepancies and escalate as needed
• support inventory audits
• train, coach, and lead team members
• backfill vault roles when employees call out
• use seed-to-sale tracking systems.
