What you'll do

• Explain the seasonal menu and ingredient origins
• serve meals consistently and promptly
• learn about regional produce and preparation methods
• provide hospitality in dining spaces and for to-go orders and deliveries
• engage with diners and anticipate needs
• share information about local farms and partner farmers
• remain active in the kitchen and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
• follow food-safety standards.
