What you'll do

• Process travel agent commissions, group requests, and blocked reservations
• process reservation requests for company hotels, restaurants, and nightlife
• liaise between sales and operational managers
• answer calls courteously and promptly in line with Forbes and Delano standards
• provide accurate information about rates, promotions, resort operations, room types, availability, packages, and spa services
• secure required guest information
• explain reservation guarantees, cancellations, and no-show policies
• follow up on guest and colleague requests
• manage correspondence and reservations inbox
• participate in departmental meetings and maintain positive relationships with other departments
• assist with weekend third-party reservations.
