The Intensive Home-Based Clinician I is a field-based hybrid role serving Quincy and Macomb, IL, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour for direct client care and $17.05 per hour for indirect and administrative work; the position is also eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments. Blue Kite Wellness provides mental health services to children, teens, adults, and families and supports children and families in Illinois Pathways to Success. The clinician provides individualized behavioral health services where children and families live and grow. Through assessment-informed interventions and collaboration with caregivers and the Child and Family Team, the role supports symptom reduction, stronger family functioning, and safe participation in home and community life.

What you'll do

• Provide intensive home-based clinical services
• develop and update interventions using assessments, observations, family input, and team information
• deliver individual, family, and caregiver interventions
• support caregiver skills
• use approved approaches within training and scope
• provide clinical direction to assigned support staff with supervision
• collaborate with care teams and providers
• support crisis prevention and safety planning
• monitor progress and adjust interventions
• complete documentation and participate in supervision, consultation, meetings, and training.
