What you'll do

• Lead large-scale, multi-team engineering programs from strategy through delivery
• partner with senior engineering and product leaders on roadmaps, resourcing, and priorities
• develop program management frameworks and practices
• align teams, external partners, and competing priorities
• manage program risks, escalations, and trade-offs
• communicate technical and business impacts to executive audiences
• mentor junior technical program managers
• and contribute to technical scoping discussions.
