The Registered Behavior Technician role is an onsite, part-time position in Clarksville, TN. Pay is $18–$25 per hour. The technician works with children with autism spectrum disorder as part of Kaleidoscope Behavior Analysis & Therapy’s clinical team, with BCBA supervision available in the building. The role provides individualized one-to-one behavior interventions and skills training to support communication, social interaction, and independent living. Accurate data and documentation, following BCBA-developed plans, and regular supervision help support effective treatment.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one behavior interventions and skills training using discrete trial training, naturalistic environment teaching, and social-skills activities.
• Follow behavior plans developed by the supervising BCBA, use reinforcement principles, implement behavioral data systems, complete documentation accurately and on time, meet regularly with the BCBA, and participate in company-wide projects as needed.
