The Roll Threader / Thread Roller role is onsite in Valley View, OH, with pay of $20–$30 per hour. The role operates and adjusts thread-rolling machinery to produce parts that meet safety, quality, and productivity standards. Accurate setup, inspection, data entry, and escalation of machine or material issues support reliable production and the company’s quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Review job packets and verify materials, tooling, and specifications
• operate and adjust thread-rolling machines
• load and unload parts
• follow safety and quality procedures
• escalate machine or quality issues
• move work pieces using an overhead crane
• label and transport parts
• enter production and downtime data in the ERP system
• record SPC data
• inspect thread integrity and compliance with specifications.
