What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• provide medication reminders
• prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with errands, appointments, and social activities as needed
• perform light housekeeping
• observe and report changes in client condition
• follow care plans and communicate with the care team.
