Caregiver — 6 AM–6 PM, Every Other Weekend

Job overview

The Caregiver role is onsite providing in-home care in the Orange, TX area; pay is $11–$15 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas provides non-medical in-home support to help clients live safely and independently at home. The caregiver provides practical and emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, while observing and reporting changes in client condition and documenting care.

What you'll do

• Provide non-medical in-home assistance and companionship
• support client engagement and emotional well-being
• maintain a clean and safe home
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals
• assist with grooming and dressing
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, and walks
• provide medication reminders for self-administered medications
• report condition changes
• document care and follow safety and confidentiality policies.

Why this role

Every other weekend, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requires at least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience, reliable transportation, a valid Texas driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
