What you'll do
- Direct and supervise hourly team members on assigned shifts
- help plan and supervise task completion
- ensure adherence to safety, food safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- train team members using company tools
- assist with equipment and facility upkeep
- perform register and safe audits and account for funds
- investigate and respond to guest complaints
- monitor cleanliness.
