What you'll do

• Build and scale the internal data-production platform
• improve reliability, performance, and scalability
• integrate platform systems with research and data teams
• design infrastructure that helps teams produce work faster and at higher quality
• own core systems and infrastructure across data-production workflows
• debug platform issues
• build tools, services, and abstractions for efficient, repeatable production
• partner with founders, researchers, data teams, and engineers to identify bottlenecks
• help define platform architecture and engineering standards.
