Design Room Coordinator — Floral Studio

What you'll do

• Organize and prioritize daily orders
• coordinate delivery routes and details with drivers or courier services
• update order status in Shopify, Zapiet, and Shipday
• assist with flower processing, vase preparation, packaging, and inventory
• coordinate floral and supply orders
• maintain studio organization and cleanliness
• answer calls and process orders
• communicate with customers and shop staff
• support plant care.
