What you'll do

• Coordinate HVAC installation schedules, timelines, milestones, and changing priorities
• communicate with customers, field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, and management
• anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts
• prepare and track agreements, permits, rebates, drawings, submittals, and reports
• maintain records and follow up on requirements
• coordinate equipment procurement, material orders, and deliveries
• communicate with vendors
• serve as a primary customer contact
• follow up after installations and introduce available maintenance and service membership programs.
