What you'll do

• Support daily nursing department operations
• ensure regulatory compliance
• assist with policy development and surveys
• provide 24-hour accountability for nursing care on assigned units
• review admissions, orders, assessments, and care plans
• oversee medication and treatment records, infection control logs, and audits
• manage nursing schedules
• support staff education and coaching
• participate in Medicare and care plan meetings
• conduct environmental and dining rounds.
