What you'll do
- Own process performance for assigned lines
- provide technical support to Operations
- lead process improvement and troubleshoot process upsets
- support process-control data and reporting
- recommend equipment and technology improvements
- lead small capital projects
- support product and process changes, commercialization, and line trials
- train Operations personnel
- drive cost and loss reduction.
