The coordinator plans and tracks nursing staff coverage so resident care can continue within budgeted hours. The role supports daily staffing, schedule preparation, time and absence records, and payroll verification for the nursing team.

What you'll do

• Provide staffing patterns to support continuity of resident care within allocated nursing budget hours
• generate bi-monthly nursing schedules and schedules for new nursing employees during orientation
• ensure adequate daily staffing
• track floating holidays and sick time
• maintain staffing requests and absence, leave, and FMLA records
• verify staff hours daily and biweekly for payroll.
