Inventory Lead, Warehouse Operations

The Inventory Lead role is onsite in Coppell, TX. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Priority Tire distributes tires through e-commerce and wholesale channels and operates a network of warehouses. The lead oversees inventory accuracy and a team of inventory control associates, investigates discrepancies, and improves inventory flow. The role coordinates with purchasing, sales, and warehouse operations to support reliable stock management and returns processing.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory accuracy for 150,000–200,000 tires
• lead, coach, and train inventory associates
• oversee blind counts, cycle counts, and physical inventories
• investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
• optimize inventory flow and reduce carrying costs and stockouts
• manage RMA and drop-ship returns
• communicate inventory adjustments and returns status
• use warehouse management and inventory software to report metrics
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
