What you'll do

• Review budgets, schedules, contracts, and construction documents
• manage submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, subcontractors, purchase orders, pay applications, project records, safety reviews, and closeout
• coordinate with superintendents, project teams, owners, architects, and other partners
• conduct regular site visits and safety checks.
