What you'll do

• Build and grow a book of business in the Phoenix market
• develop relationships with property managers, general contractors, HOAs, municipalities, and private owners
• conduct job walks and assess site conditions
• define project scope
• prepare estimates and proposals
• secure work across asphalt paving, patching, milling, grading, and related services
• maintain a pipeline and bid activity
• partner with operations on project handoffs and execution.
