What you'll do

• Oversee workforce programming and Job Coaches supporting student interns and adult clients
• monitor participant progress from intake through employment services and case closure
• manage program goals, measures, budgets, staffing, and quality improvement
• maintain documentation and reporting
• ensure compliance with applicable requirements
• coordinate with families, employers, schools, and community partners
• supervise and train staff.
