What you'll do

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident assessments and care plans
• record entries in flow sheets, notes, and charts
• report changes in resident condition
• measure and document vital signs, weights, intake, and output
• assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, hygiene, and transfers
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• participate in care planning and shift reports
• and assist with admission, transfer, and discharge functions.
