What you'll do

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Meet contractual conditions of performance.
• Review work progress daily.
• Ensure quality construction standards.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other professionals.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
• Prepare internal and external reports.
• Plan ahead to prevent and resolve problems.
