What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners, and community partners
• coordinate marketing events, educational sessions, and community luncheons
• educate healthcare stakeholders about hospice and palliative care
• support patients, families, and referral partners through referral and admission
• provide hospice information and goals-of-care conversations
• facilitate initial patient consent
• attend weekly meetings to report successes, share competitor insights, and identify growth opportunities
• meet performance expectations set by business development and executive leadership.
