IT Cybersecurity Specialist

The IT Cybersecurity Specialist role is onsite in Richmond, VA; compensation is $128,000–$135,000 per year, depending on experience. Digital Consultants supports federal, civilian, and private-sector IT customers, including the DCMA Blue List Program and its ServiceNow environment. This role develops and maintains security architecture, Risk Management Framework documentation, continuous monitoring, and Authority to Operate activities. It helps protect ServiceNow environments by implementing security controls, tracking and remediating vulnerabilities, and coordinating with government stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Design and implement ServiceNow security controls, including role-based access controls, access control lists, data policies, and edge encryption. Maintain the System Security Plan and Risk Management Framework artifacts
• track remediation through the Plan of Action and Milestones
• conduct continuous monitoring and prepare Security Assessment Reports
• coordinate with government stakeholders.
