The role also supports clients’ comfort and safety through mobility assistance, meal support, companionship, and accurate care documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• monitor and record vital signs and report changes to supervising staff
• assist with transfers and repositioning
• help with meal preparation, feeding, nutrition, and hydration
• provide companionship and emotional support
• maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• document care activities accurately and promptly.
