Compensation is $21 per hour. The Cargo Handling Equipment Operator is an onsite role based in Canal Winchester, OH. 99/hr, and this position supports ConGlobal's global supply chain operations. This role exists to ensure the safe and efficient movement of shipping containers within the intermodal yard. The operator uses specialized equipment like hostlers, cranes, and loaders to load, unload, and relocate freight, contributing to the overall accuracy and timeliness of logistics operations.

What you'll do

• Operate heavy equipment to load and unload shipping containers from railcars and trucks.
• Drive hostlers to position containers and chassis within the yard.
• Use top loaders, side loaders, and/or cranes to stack, move, and organize containers.
• Perform equipment inspections before and after use to ensure operational safety.
• Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures.
