What you'll do

• Lead product diagnostics and repair strategy

• develop repair procedures and diagnostic methods

• analyze reliability, warranty, repair, RMA, and failure data
• lead failure analysis and root-cause investigations with Engineering
• drive corrective and preventive actions
• define and track reliability and repair KPIs
• support new product introductions and engineering changes
• ensure accurate records and compliance.
