What you'll do

• Cut and trim meat, fish, and poultry to specification
• prepare ready-to-heat foods by filleting or cutting products into portions
• prepare and add vegetables, sauces, or breading
• wrap, weigh, label, and price products
• stock and present products in display cases
• assist customers with selections and recommendations
• maintain health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
