What you'll do

• Participate in recruitment across departments
• partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting strategy and hiring processes
• may administer health insurance, savings, pension, and life insurance programs
• develop employee engagement programs
• handle employee relations confidentially
• plan and oversee training
• maintain compliance with HR policies and regulations
• prepare compliance records, statistics, reports, and turnover analysis as needed
• manage workers’ compensation, leave, unemployment, and disability programs
• collaborate on retention and succession planning
• handle day-to-day HR transactions
• participate in the facility quality improvement program and monitor objectives.
