What you'll do

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Assist with care plans and take appropriate actions to promote patient outcomes.
• Collaborate and communicate care plans with other staff.
• Prioritize and coordinate daily patient flow.
• Maintain documentation of patient assessments and care delivered.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families.
