Quality Floor Technician

Job overview

The Quality Floor Technician role is onsite in Three Rivers, MI, and pays $22–$24 per hour. The position supports manufacturing operations by helping ensure product quality and customer requirements are met. The technician performs inspections, testing, and process verification, records results, and supports validation and containment activities. Accurate findings and communication with production and quality teams contribute to compliance and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using hand gages
• record quality check results
• monitor control points and special inspection activities
• support safe launch containment
• identify and document non-conforming material
• participate in Gage R&R and other MSA activities
• assist with inspection equipment and gage control
• perform basic audits
• support continuous improvement
• maintain 5S cleanliness and documentation
• communicate quality issues
• and support operator training as needed.
