What you'll do

• Advise clients on corporate, securities, financing, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions
• represent clients in negotiating and closing equity and debt financings and mergers and acquisitions
• form entities and structure transactions
• negotiate and draft complex transaction documents
• manage due diligence processes, closings, and checklists
• handle federal and state securities laws and filings
• help build client relationships.
