What you'll do

• Maintain ADP Workforce Now records
• ensure personnel, I-9, medical, and workers' compensation files meet compliance requirements
• audit time records
• maintain applicant tracking and reporting files
• process employee transactions
• prepare HR reports
• recruit, onboard, and orient employees
• administer benefits, recognition, performance review, attendance, and workers' compensation programs
• support safety training, committees, and strategic HR initiatives.

Why this role

English/Spanish bilingual ability is required. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or at least seven years of direct HR experience. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR credentials are highly desired.
