The role prepares meals that meet recipes and dietary restrictions while maintaining kitchen safety and sanitation. It also supports menu planning, inventory, supply ordering, and responsive service to residents and families.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary restrictions
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• follow safety and sanitation standards
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager on menu cycles, specials, and catering events
• take inventory and order supplies and ingredients
• and respond to residents’ and families’ needs and concerns.
