Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional works onsite in Carbondale, PA, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Support individuals in home and community settings
• assist with cooking, cleaning, hygiene, organization, and medication reminders
• encourage social and community participation
• support personal goals and independence
• build relationships with families and team members
• complete case notes and clock in and out using AxisCare
• maintain documentation and a safe, supportive environment
• transport individuals in a personal vehicle when required for approved transportation.
