What you'll do

• Record daily transactions and maintain the QuickBooks general ledger with contract-specific cost segregation
• reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial reports
• track contract expenditures and supporting documentation
• manage accounts payable, receivable, billing, and federal contract invoices
• process biweekly payroll
• calculate and document SCA health and welfare obligations
• maintain payroll and compliance records
• coordinate benefit-plan documentation.
