What you'll do

• Maintain accurate knowledge of activities, products, and services
• communicate clearly and politely with guests
• support functions including parking, retail, pass sales, and site tours
• check in reserved guests using Siriusware, print wristbands, review purchases, provide directions, and answer questions
• prepare for group arrivals
• communicate with departments to support guest experience.
