Senior Construction Superintendent — Luxury Residential Interiors

What you'll do

• Lead onsite construction from startup through completion
• manage luxury residential renovation projects
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and daily operations
• maintain schedules and resolve field issues
• inspect work for quality
• collaborate with project stakeholders
• conduct subcontractor coordination meetings
• maintain daily reports and look-ahead schedules
• promote a safe and organized jobsite and comply with NYC Department of Buildings, OSHA, and SST requirements.
