Alternate Field Supervisor, Paramedic Operations

What you'll do

• Communicate pertinent information between crews and leadership
• maintain company standards and a safe work environment
• fill the primary field supervisor schedule as needed
• assist with ambulance inspections and supply stocking
• coordinate daily activities and assist dispatch when necessary
• document employee issues and recommended disciplinary actions
• attend meetings and work gatherings when necessary.
