What you'll do

• Lead the full-service upscale restaurant
• coordinate planning, training, and operations to support sales, costs, employee retention, member satisfaction, food and beverage, events, and quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
• monitor cost-center financial performance
• implement food and beverage marketing and club programming
• support hiring, training, coaching, and employee development
• investigate and resolve member complaints about food quality and service
• comply with applicable health, safety, and labor regulations.
