Restoration Crew Chief

The Restoration Crew Chief role is onsite in South Plainfield, NJ, with pay of $23–$28 per hour. The crew chief leads restoration technicians and coordinates project work to meet service needs and provide a positive customer experience. The role monitors active jobs, maintains safety and supplies, and documents work through estimates and drying records.

What you'll do

• Coach and train restoration technicians and enforce safety standards
• load appropriate equipment and supplies and travel to job sites
• monitor active residential and commercial jobs
• complete sketches, scope sheets, and drying records using mobile software
• inspect completed jobs and obtain customer satisfaction signatures
• maintain supply inventory and meet deadlines.
