What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing principles.
• Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Counsels residents, family members, and/or resident advocates on prevention and treatment plans.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Experience

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred. Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or have 400 hours of LPN experience.
