What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, credit-card activity, and general-ledger functions
• lead reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and supporting documentation
• monitor cash flow, aging, obligations, discrepancies, and financial risks
• maintain accurate information across QuickBooks Online, Service Fusion, spreadsheets, and other systems
• supervise and develop accounting staff
• maintain procedures, calendars, checklists, and internal controls
• explain financial results and participate in executive planning
• identify improvements to accuracy, efficiency, and business continuity.
