What you'll do

• Lead restaurant shifts
• oversee cleanliness, maintenance, labor, guest service, food quality, and restaurant culture
• coach, train, and motivate crew members
• support safety and risk management
• monitor labor costs, waste, sales, cost of goods, cash procedures, inventory, and reporting
• support guest-focused service and food delivery.
