Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager role is onsite in Hoffman Estates, IL. Compensation is $80,000–$95,000 per year, with possible discretionary annual bonus. The role builds Vistex’s Partner Marketing Program and serves as the liaison between Partner Managers and the broader Marketing organization. The position turns partner marketing and event requests into scoped, resourced plans and helps ensure partner materials are accurate and on-brand. It begins with coordination and governance and is expected to grow in ownership of process design, resourcing, and program strategy as the function develops.

What you'll do

• Own intake and triage of partner marketing requests
• coordinate with content, design, web, campaigns, marketing, events, and regional teams
• summarize request context
• conduct or route brand and message reviews
• communicate lead times, status, and constraints
• maintain request tracking and report program metrics
• identify recurring patterns and exceptions for Marketing leadership.
