What you'll do

• Grow sales of decking, railing, and outdoor structures
• make face-to-face calls to current and prospective customers
• build business relationships
• train coworkers and customers
• lead and train inside sales teams on the STEPS program
• support sales teams with product knowledge and resources
• coordinate non-decking opportunities with the appropriate salesperson
• work with managers on sales plans and strategy.
